"Then prove your ready for the trials ahead!", Monkey yelled as he grabbed Shields arm and roundhoused him in the side, "You have never proven you were ready for the challanges, you will be put down, you will be beaten... you will be wrong sometimes. You must prove you are ready to pick yourself up and fight on."

Monkey stood there and raised his arms and shifted his stance. He stared with both focus and determination.

"Shield, this will the last punch! Put all your strength, determination, will, power, fighting spirit and your beliefs behind this punch!", Monkey roared as his right hand began to glow a bright orange, "Giga Fist Blast!"

Monkey charged with his now blazing fist at Shield.

[The Final Darkness]

"YOU NEVER MAKE ANY-" Drahun was caught off when Monkey's fist erupted. Suddenly, Drahun's current state was no more and he was himself, before turning into a black ball, and erupting into a new form.

A form of anger and hatred, a form with no limits, a form with unstoppable power...

From the ball two red slits supposed to be eyes oppened. Suddenly an arm with protuding seemingly solid/liquid tentacles producing black bubbles came out. It then formed a hand that caught Monkey's fist and started to crush it, only losing some strength. The being of hatred absorbed the power being used in this violent act. After all, violence was bad. It's sharp dagger-like fingers started to pierce Monkey's hand, and the blood that came out was quickly absorbed into it's body.

"Die..." It said with an un-earthly cold tone.

Monkey jumped back and looked at his devastated hand, he then looked Shield. The grotesque creature that was Shield anyway.

"So this is your darkness, a spawn without a form." Monkey said as clinched his good hand.

"It's time to cure him."

"Shield, I'm sorry. I'm mostly responsible for what you are, my actions created a hate that has taken over. So the least I can do is destroy that hate myself, but you need to help fight it as well. Strike down the trial in front of you!", Monkey roared as a black fire engulfed Monkey and burned markings into his body.

The new figure stared at the blob of energy, the eyes were cold but also pitying. It raised the newl6y transformed katana of narration and pointed it at Shield's darkness.

"I will do what I can, but I'm not sure what I can do. I am not of violence nor anger, I am simply sadness embraced.", Monkey spoke as he dashed at the blob and severed it's long tentacle arm, "Dragon Slash!"

Energy erupted from the blade and split into several swirling blades that flew at the creature.

[The Final Darkness]

"GRAAAA" It screeched as it's arm was cut off, it then flattened itself onto the ground when Monkey launched his new attacks. It then just... stayed there. Immobile on the outside.

But on the inside it's genetics were re-wiring into a humanoid form. It started bubbling yet was still not in it's true form yet. Drahun was inside, screaming and hoping for redemption. Once the pest was gone the blob would have nothing standing in it's way.

Monkey watched as the blob began bubbling. Inside Monkey a conversation was being held.

"Should we destroy it?"

"No, Shield's in there... somewhere."

"Well the blob is getting stronger..."

"...Send me out!"

"What, why?"

"Dark vs dark"

"...Fine."

Monkey's form dissipated and a mask formed over his face.

"Yo Shield, hit this thing where it hurts on the inside. I'll hit it from the outside!", Monkey roared as he raised his hand, "Chaos blast!"

Energy erupted from his hand and rased at the still bubbling blob.

[The Final Darkness]

The chaos went through the blob, hurting it, but finishing off Drahun. The blob was now hurt, but it could regain it's strength from the blood and anger it stored from Monkey. But the blood was powerful, and at the last second, the blood made it change from it's intended form, to a new one.

The new form before gaining detail while in it's just black humanoid shape, held a blade that it slashed at Monkey, and it then turned into the form.

Monkey felt like he was staring into a dark mirror.

"So this is what you became Shield, a twisted version of me... DAMMIT ALL TO HELL!", Monkey roared as he slashed at the dark creature, "CHAOS TORRENT!"

Energy swirled around Monkey and the figure as both were swallowed by the attack. Monkey dashed out of the dark tornado with his right arm covered in blood.

"Chaos*pant*Storm.", Monkey panted as he raised his blade at the sky and energy shot up into it.

[The Final Darkness]

Pain tore through the being as he was swept up into the tornado made of chaos. He settled back upon the ground when it was over, only a little more damaged than Monkey. He laughed in a truelly insane demonic tone.

"You have done nothing but envelop this soul with pain, confusion and lies! So it is truelly you're on fault for creating you match! Now this soul shall truelly defeat you, with much changed." The form explained. He rushed at Monkey before jumping in a cartwheel over him. He then slashed his blade and launched a tangle of black energy tentacles trying to encase Monkey.

Monkey watched the tentacles envelope him, but also watched as the sky began to spark black lightning.

"Chaos Lightning!", Monkey roared and a bolt of black lightning shot down into his blade, which he pointed at the tentacles.

Energy shot from the blade and pierced the tentacle before causing a massive explosion.

"Chaos Lightning, Chaos Lightning, Chaos Lightning, Chaos Lightning", four more bolts shot out and destroyed the other tentacles as monkey appeared face to face with the creature, "Chaos Lightning!"

The final bolt shot out at the creature as Monkey took his mask into his deformed hand. He pressed the mask onto the dark creature.

"Shield, if your gonna wake up. Now would be the time. Chaos Masquerade!", Monkey roared as the mask began to wrap itself around the creatures head, weakening it's grip on Shield as it forced chaotic energy into it.

[The Final Darkness]

The being blocked the blast of lightning with his sword and watch it make a simple little scratch in it. "That-" he started before Monkey's mask was bounded onto his face. "You have no idea what this does, it helps the spirit inside come out, yet since you are vulnerable right now, he wants me to stay. And obliverate you." The creature of darkness finished.

"GETSUGA TENSHOU!" The whole realm turned dark, and the clouds disapeared, as the being brought out the sword and upped it to full power. He then slashed the sword as many times as he could at Monkey's chest, even the ones that didn't hit would send out a ray of dark energy to attack Monkey from the inside.

"Darkness fire!" He announced. His sword was than aflame with burning darkness that had the sound of tortured screams. He prepared to strike the sword like a hammer down Monkey's head.

Monkey was battered around from the waves of energy and sent flying into the wall, he barely managed to stand up.

"So this is it huh? Death by Shield or give it my all to destroy him and myself?", Monkey asked himself.

"...Monkey, sorry to have to do this"

"Royal, what the hell are you doing?"

"I leave his welfare to you three, make sure I didn't do this in vain."

"But why?"

"Because of the fact there are four of us, Monkey has lost his higher transformations. So I'm taking one out of the equation, I'll shatter my energy to heal him to some point. At the same time, you'll all be able to use your higher transformations."

"There's got to be another damn way!"

"No sorry, there isn't."

"Royal?!"

Energy erupted around Monkey and his wounds healed to a point, at that same point a part of Monkey died. Monkey eyes flared red and another mask spawned on his face.

"Shield, this ends now.", Monkey spoke as energy erupted into a black flame and engulfed him.

Shield brought down his sword but it was stopped by a white hand. The flames faded to reveal Monkey in his enraged form.

"Chaos Beast", Monkey whispered just loud enough for Shield to hear.

Monkey then pulled towards the himself keeping it from pointing at him and brought his own blade down on Shield's head.

[The Final Darkness]

Monkey used to think he was so fast, and quick. Well he had tooken too long blocking him. The being than grabbed Monkey's blade in the least painful way, before bringing his sword back to cut Monkey's side, and quickly starting to stab it into Monkey's armpit.

"Dark focus!" The being announced before the blackness that formed his hair was concentrated into the speed and power of his attack.

[Savior]

"Chaos Blast!", Monkey roared as energy erupted from the horns at his head as he attempted to stop his opponents attack.

The blast sent Monkey back as the sword slashed at his chest and left a painful, but non lethal cut. Blood seeped slowly from the wound as Monkey looked at the dark figure.

"You know, this is probably the second time I've come to regret my actions. The only reason your like this because of me always downing you when I thought I was helping you. And now all I've managed to do is cause you to go mad with hatred. For that Shield, I'm sorry.", Just as Monkey finished this, his form shattered leaving only his mask, "What the, what happened?"

"Your looking back and hesitating, you aren't worthy of using my powers."

"Dammit, fine then. Dark, you and me are on our own from here on out.", Monkey spoke to himself.

"I'm here too."

"Yeah...It's a long shot but it's one of the few options left.", Monkey yelled as flame engulfed the mask and shaped it differently.

"This new form is already putting alot of strain on me, so let's inish this quickly. Everything goes into this next one.", Monkey yelled as energy from the chains began to flow into himand caused them to evaporate. Now they stood in the blue sky, which was filling with black as Monkey focused his power even further into his blade.

"Chaos Volcano Devastator!", Monkey roared as he slashed his blade down and a massive wave of black energy rushed forth, parts of the energy seemed to be overlapping like water but such a heat came from the attack that it was like a liquid fire.

Monkey's mask dissipated and he began to pant heavily as he watched the display of power for a few seconds longer.
